Good efficient service

Arranged to come out within 7 days of instruction.

Turned up at agreed time, measured up building size, measured reviewed Building Regs Approvals, inspected roof and suspended floor insulation (via lofts and opened up hatches).

Requested supplemental information (photos of un-inspectable solid floor insulation installed 6 years earlier) which I issued by return.

EPC Certificate was then issued THE VERY SAME DAY.
